Giant Motivational Tumbling Tower
Our giant motivational tumbling tower project delivers twice the fun! Not only will your team have a great time creating this project, they’ll also have fun playing it at future company events. With 54 pieces, this set can accommodate almost any group size. Depending on how large your team is, team members will be given one or more wooden blocks to work with.
Each employee will get to choose their own wood stain and paint colors to stain and stencil their block(s) allowing them to express their individual creativity while working together to create a completed tumbling tower game.
The words that are stenciled onto the sides of the wood can form a sentence, individual phrases or a combination of both! We have a selection of quotes available or we can create stencils with custom quotes for your team. The giant motivational tumbling tower set stands at approximately 10″W x 23″H.
“Teamwork Makes the Dream Work” String Art Project
This team string art project contains 81 wooden pieces which, once completed, spells out “TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK”. Depending on the size of your team, everyone will receive at least one piece of wood and a portion of a letter template.
Similar to completing a puzzle, employees will need to work as a team to piece together the letter templates to create a single letter, then find the appropriate size pieces of wood to fit the letter.
Once the team figures out the “puzzle”, employees will stain the wood pieces, hammer nails into the wood using the letter templates and finish by stringing the design. They will then proceed to glue the wood pieces together to spell out “TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK”. Hang the completed masterpiece in your conference or break room!
Each letter is approximately 8″H and width varies from approximately 4″ to 6″ depending on the letter.
Wooden Flag Banner
Like the tumbling tower project, our wooden flag banner project allows your employees to express their individual creativity while creating something together at the same time. Choose an inspirational word or phrase for your banner and we’ll supply all the tools and materials to create it. Depending on the number of letters in the word/phrase you have chosen and the number of employees on your team, each person will receive at least one wooden flag and letter stencil.
Each employee will get to choose their own wood stain, paint colors and/or glitter to stain, stencil and decorate their flag(s) allowing them to express their individual creativity while working together to create a completed banner. Hang the completed masterpiece in your conference or break room!
