Video-String Art Kit

String Art Kit Videos

For ALL PATTERNS (except the snowflake) watch the General String Art Video below for how to string your design. Please note: even though the design shown in this video may not match the design you are doing, it is the same process for stringing.

General String Art Video

If you have the Christmas Tree your kit comes with a small tube of paint to paint the tops of the nails. After you are done stringing your design, use the q-tip to dab the paint onto the tops of the nails. Use a Q-tip to apply tacky glue (tube labeled “T”) to the wood trunk to glue it to the board.

If you have the Christmas Lights design, your kit comes with small tubes of paint to paint the tops of the nails. After you are done stringing your design, use the q-tips to dab the paint onto the tops of the nails. Your kit also comes with a tube of Elmers glue (tube labeled “E”). Use the Q-tip to glue the ends of the black string to the back side of the wood.

Snowflake Video

If you have the snowflake pattern, watch the video below to string your design.

After you are done stringing your snowflake, use the Q-tip to apply Mod Podge (tube labeled “MP”) wherever you will want glitter.  Apply a thin coat of Mod Podge (it will dry clear), then sprinkle the glitter over it.  It works best to pour a small amount of glitter into your hand, then grab a pinch and sprinkle it over the Mod Podge.
