Refund and Cancellation Policy

Classes / Special Events / Fundraising Events

  • All craft projects are custom made for each class/event. Payments are non-refundable.
  • Unable to attend? You may transfer your reservation to another person by emailing us prior to the class/event.
  • Changing your stencil choice will incur a $10 change fee.
  • Changing your project choice will incur a change fee equal to 50% of the project price.

Private Events

  • Payments/deposits for private events are non-refundable.
  • If you cancel at least 1 week before your event, your event may be rescheduled for a new date using the same craft project you originally selected.
    • Non-perishable crafts: must be rescheduled within 30 days of the original reservation date, subject to availability. We close for the summer: May 25, 2026 – October 4, 2026.
    • Perishable crafts: must be rescheduled within 3 days of the original reservation date, subject to availability. We close for the summer: May 25, 2026 – October 4, 2026.
  • Charges are based on the final headcount provided. No-shows will not receive refunds.
  • Changing your non-perishable craft will incur a change fee equal to 50% of the craft project price.
  • Perishable crafts cannot be changed.

Custom Stencils or Vinyl

  • Payments are non-refundable.
  • Custom stencils and vinyl cannot be returned.

Custom Projects

  • Payments are non-refundable.
  • Defective projects can be returned and replaced in their original packaging.

DIY@Home Craft Kits

  • Payments are non-refundable.
  • Defective kits may be returned and replaced in their original packaging.

Gift Cards / Vouchers

  • Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
